I would like to return my order, is this possible?

We do offer returns however you need to follow our guidelines beneath.

What is your Return Policy?

If you buy any chance wish to return an item we do offer a full return given that your return follows our return policy.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unstained.
Hangtags shall not be moved or removed.
Items should be returned in the same condition as you received them.
We do not offer free returns, however you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.

Do you offer Exchanges?

At this point in time we do not offer exchanges. This is because we want to offer you the best experience and we wish the items to be with you as fast as possible. In order to return a product please follow the steps below. If you wish to receive another item please place a new order for the item/items you need.

How can I return my order?

We recommend you to use below listed carriers.

Postnord
DHL
UPS

For Swedish customer we recommend you to use Postnord as your carrier. Follow this link, https://portal.postnord.com/skickadirekt.

To make it easier postnord offers to print the waybill for you.

For World Wide customers please follow the directions of the carrier you’ve chosen.

Kindly make sure the items come back to us in the same condition as you received them and make sure you follow our return policy.

If you wish to receive another item please place a new order for the item/items you need.

How long does it take to process a return?

The time of the return process is mainly based on the shipping time and the country you are based in. In addition to the time it takes for our payment service provider. The refund may take a couple of days from the day it arrived at our warehouse, in order for our payment service provider to complete the refund.

I dagsläget erbjuder vi ej byten. Detta beror på att vi vill kunna få ut varorna till er så snart som möjligt och erbjuda en så bra shopping upplevelse som möjligt. För att returnera en vara vänligen följ stegen nedan. Skulle du vilja beställa en ny vara vänligen lägg en ny order för de produkter du önskar.

Hur gör jag för at returnera en vara?

Fyll i retursedeln som du skiver ut här. Har du ej tillgång till skrivare kan du fylla i blanketten och mejla den till customer@mllwactive.com tillsammans med ditt order nummer.

Vi rekommenderar att du använder postnord. Då kan du nämligen skriva ut fraktsedeln på plats hos ditt ombud om du ej har tillgång till skrivare. Notera att kunden själv står för kostnader för returen.

Vänligen se till att skicka produkterna så att de når oss i samma skick som du mottagit dem.

För att en retur skall godkännas måste;

Måste produkterna återlämnas inom 14 dagar från det att varan nått ditt postombud.
Produkterna skall återlämnas i det skick du mottagit dem.
Alla etiketter skall finnas med och får ej avlägsnas eller flyttas.
Produkterna måste vara oanvända och otvättade.
Returen påkostas av kunden själv och kvitto från ditt postombud för returen skall kunna uppvisas.
Om returen ej är godkänns förbehåller MLLW Active AB sig rätten att skicka tillbaka produkterna till kund. Kunden står då själv för eventuella kostnader som kan tillkomma.

Hur lång tid tar min retur?

Räkna med att det tar ca 1-2 arbetsdagar för oss att processa din retur då den nått vårt lager. Efter att vi godkänt din retur kommer du få en notifikation och återbetalningen kommer att ske inom 10 arbetsdagar.
